Kari, Steve, Swiss, and I took a trip to Ozark last weekend. We visited my parents, got to spend the day with Alex and his wife, and even had time to go to Silver Dollar City. SDC or “steal your dollar city” was a total blast. Its decorated up like a Norman Rockwell Christmas, complete with carolers, a huge parade through the city, and hot chocolate and wassail stands on every corner. I have some pictures up in my Christmas 2007 section. I will be updating this section soon with more pictures from our two Christmases (Creve Coeur and Eminence.)

I’ve also updated the Guitar Heroes gallery to include some pictures of Zombie Nation 2000. ZN2K is the name of our fictional rock band in the game of the same name.

The new Dark Knight trailer is online and is haunting my dreams nightly! This features our first good luck at Heath Ledger’s portrayal as The Joker. From what I can tell in the short two minute video, I think he’s going to pull it off! Batman Returns was such a departure from the other Batman movies, I can’t wait to see if the sequel can keep things going in the right direction. Batman is such an interesting character, he’s a brooding, solitary individual who sometimes resorts to violence to save a few lives.

More evidence that Global Warming is just a vehicle to line Al Gore’s pockets. According to this report the average temperature for 2007 is the same as last year, and every year since 2001.
